We are looking for a seasoned and accomplished Senior Medical Sales Representative capable of leading, inspiring, and managing a high-performing sales team to deliver sustained business growth within designated territories.

Job Summary

The Senior Medical Sales Representative will spearhead the promotion of the company’s pharmaceutical products across healthcare professionals, hospitals, pharmacies, and critical stakeholders.

The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership qualities, outstanding communication skills, and a demonstrated history of success in pharmaceutical sales and team leadership.

Oversee and execute key operational duties, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and industry standards. Serve as a pivotal point of contact for cross-functional teams, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall performance. Monitor progress through detailed reporting, data analysis, and performance metrics, identifying trends and recommending corrective actions when necessary. Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. Ensure strict adherence to compliance protocols, regulatory requirements, and company policies at all times.

Accomplish sales objectives by educating and engaging healthcare professionals—including physicians, pharmacists, hospitals, and medical institutions—on the benefits and applications of the company’s pharmaceutical products.

Develop and nurture enduring professional connections with healthcare providers and influential stakeholders to foster collaborative partnerships and drive mutual growth.

Orchestrate and guide a team of medical sales representatives with an emphasis on driving them toward and surpassing established sales objectives.

Craft and execute robust sales strategies tailored to designated territories to drive revenue growth and market penetration.

Monitor team performance consistently, offering targeted coaching, training sessions, and ongoing support to drive improvement and development.

Compile sales reports, analyze market intelligence, evaluate competitor strategies, and provide performance updates.

Prepare and engage in medical presentations, product launches, conferences, and promotional initiatives to effectively communicate key information and drive engagement.

Evaluate and pursue emerging business prospects to enhance market penetration and extend reach.

The role demands a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, along with a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in a comparable position. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Candidates must demonstrate exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. A proven track record of meeting deadlines and managing multiple priorities is also required. Additionally, familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance protocols is highly valued.

A Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Pharmacology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required.

A minimum of four years of hands-on experience in pharmaceutical sales is required.

We are seeking candidates with a minimum of two years of experience in leadership or oversight roles within a sales environment.

Demonstrates exceptional leadership capabilities, adept negotiation techniques, and outstanding interpersonal strengths.

Demonstrates exceptional proficiency in both oral and written communication, with a strong aptitude for delivering clear, engaging, and persuasive presentations.

Demonstrated capacity to consistently surpass established sales goals and objectives.
