Job Summary
The Chief Supervising Officer (CSO) will oversee all security operations, manage security teams, and guarantee the strategic allocation of personnel to client sites.

A structured schedule encompassing regular operational hours alongside potential extended availability during peak periods or critical project phases is required. This position may necessitate flexibility to accommodate evenings, weekends, or on-call responsibilities as dictated by business needs and project demands.
Monday through Saturday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with the capacity to adapt to varying operational needs and scheduling requirements as necessary.
Requirements
Candidates are expected to hold a Bachelor of Science degree or Higher National Diploma in a related field, complemented by 2 to 3 years of professional experience.
Proficient in utilizing computer systems and software applications is essential.
Required is prior experience in the private security sector.
