Job Summary
We require a meticulous Quality Assurance & Internal Control Associate to facilitate the establishment and continuous oversight of quality systems, internal controls, and compliance frameworks throughout hospital operations.
Oversee and execute a range of essential duties, including but not limited to managing daily operations, implementing strategic initiatives, and ensuring adherence to organizational policies and procedures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project completion, monitor performance metrics, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Serve as a liaison between departments to facilitate communication, resolve conflicts, and align goals with company objectives. Maintain accurate records, prepare comprehensive reports, and present findings to senior leadership to inform data-driven decision-making. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and professional growth while upholding ethical standards and compliance requirements.
Perform regular risk evaluations and assist in executing corrective measures to address identified vulnerabilities.
Ensure adherence to established internal controls, standard operating procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.
Conduct internal process audits, perform periodic spot checks, and evaluate compliance to ensure adherence with established standards and regulations.
Facilitate the implementation of quality enhancement measures throughout various organizational departments.
Conduct thorough evaluations of incidents, complaints, and near-miss reports while assisting in the monitoring of resolution progress.
Assist with the creation and evaluation of policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and control frameworks.
Oversee the performance and adherence to standards of outsourced service providers, ensuring they meet established benchmarks and contractual obligations.
Perform comprehensive evaluations to ensure adherence to environmental, hygiene, and safety regulations, verifying compliance across all applicable standards and protocols.
Assist in the establishment and maintenance of ISO, COAST, Kaiden, and DMAIC standards to ensure organizational compliance and continuous improvement.
Ensure adherence to the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) and all relevant statutory requirements.
Conduct internal customer satisfaction surveys and prepare associated reports to ensure comprehensive data collection and analysis.
Deliver guidance to staff regarding quality assurance and internal control procedures, facilitating their comprehension and execution.
Seeking a motivated individual with a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least two years of professional experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong analytical skills, proficiency in project management tools, and exceptional communication abilities. Knowledge of industry-specific software, compliance standards, and data analysis techniques is essential. Additionally, the ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively within a team is required. Certifications or advanced training in the field may be preferred.
A bachelor’s degree in any scientific discipline is required.
Seeking candidates with 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in quality assurance, internal control, audit, or healthcare compliance to join our team.
Proficiency in ISO standards and healthcare accreditation frameworks would be beneficial.
