The Medical Officer / Practice Manager will deliver clinical and operational leadership for the GIFU (High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound) service line and the broader scope of women’s health services at Nordic.

GIFU Service Support involves providing technical assistance and troubleshooting for High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound (GIFU) systems, ensuring optimal performance and resolving operational issues for healthcare professionals. This role requires expertise in medical device maintenance, adherence to safety protocols, and familiarity with regulatory standards for GIFU equipment. Responsibilities include conducting routine inspections, performing repairs, and delivering training on system utilization to enhance user proficiency and patient care outcomes.
Orchestrate the scheduling and operational flow for High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound (GIFU) procedures to ensure seamless execution and optimal efficiency.
Facilitate seamless collaboration and information exchange among physicians, nursing teams, radiology professionals, and administrative personnel to ensure cohesive and efficient healthcare delivery.
Oversee patient experience and maintain seamless continuity of care throughout the entire treatment process.
Provide support in monitoring and documenting patient progress and outcomes, as well as compiling and analyzing relevant data for reporting purposes.

Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) or another equivalent medical qualification is required, along with full registration from the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria.
With a minimum of four years of clinical experience obtained after completing the National Youth Service Corps (NYC) program, candidates should demonstrate a solid foundation in patient care and medical practice.
A background in women’s health, fertility, radiology, or minimally invasive procedures would be beneficial, as would a demonstrated interest in these areas.
Desirable qualifications include prior experience in healthcare operations or practice management.
