What You’ll Do
Develop and nurture a robust pipeline of prospects, meticulously assessing their eligibility and advancing high-potential opportunities through to successful conversions for solar installation services.
Oversee and cultivate both incoming and outgoing sales pipelines.
Engage prospective clients—both individuals and enterprises—by delivering compelling presentations on solar system solutions, addressing their specific requirements, and finalizing agreements to secure closed deals.
Partner with the marketing team to implement campaigns designed to generate high-quality leads.
Represent Solar Depot at various field activations, trade shows, and client consultations, serving as a knowledgeable and engaging representative of the company.
To ensure a thorough command of our product portfolio and articulate the unique value we deliver to clients, it is essential to cultivate a comprehensive knowledge of our offerings and strategic advantages.
Requirements
A bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Marketing or a related discipline, coupled with a minimum of two years of hands-on experience in business development, marketing, or sales, is essential for this role.
Exceptional proficiency in communication, presentation, and negotiation is essential for success in this position. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to convey ideas clearly, engage audiences effectively, and achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
With a proven track record in successfully finalizing B2C and/or B2B transactions, you possess hands-on experience in sealing deals across consumer and business markets.
Proficiency in solar or renewable energy systems constitutes a valuable asset.
Demonstrates expertise in customer relationship management (CRM) software and lead management systems, with the ability to efficiently track and monitor potential customer engagements.
Results-driven, proactive professional who thrives in collaborative environments while demonstrating strong self-direction and initiative.
