What You’ll Do

Prospect, evaluate, and nurture potential clients to drive interest and secure new business in the solar installation sector.

Responsible for cultivating and expanding both inbound and outbound sales pipelines through strategic development and proactive engagement.

Present and finalize solar system agreements to residential and commercial clients through compelling pitches and professional presentations. Close transactions by securing client signatures on contracts, ensuring all parties fully understand the terms and conditions.

Partner with the marketing team to implement campaigns aimed at generating qualified leads.

Serving as an ambassador for Solar Depot, you will engage in field activations, trade show exhibitions, and client consultations, representing the company with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Acquire and sustain comprehensive knowledge of our product portfolio and the unique value we deliver to customers.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to fill this critical role. Applicants must possess a minimum of five years of relevant experience in a similar capacity, along with a proven track record of delivering measurable results. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data are essential for success in this position. Proficiency in industry-specific software and tools is required, as is a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and efficiency. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are also indispensable, as collaboration with cross-functional teams will be a regular part of your responsibilities. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is mandatory, and additional certifications or advanced education are highly desirable. Candidates should demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving and a dedication to continuous professional development.

A Bachelor of Science degree or Higher National Diploma in Marketing or a closely related discipline, accompanied by a minimum of two years of hands-on experience in business development, marketing, or sales, is required.

Exceptional proficiency in communication, presentation, and negotiation is essential.

Proven track record in successfully finalizing transactions within B2C and/or B2B markets is required.

Proficiency in solar or renewable energy technologies represents an advantageous qualification.

Demonstrates strong proficiency in utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms and effectively tracking leads throughout the sales pipeline.

A highly motivated and proactive professional who thrives in collaborative environments while maintaining a strong sense of initiative.
