Job Summary

Our organization is in search of a forward-thinking and innovative Brand & Marketing Manager who will spearhead brand expansion, implement cohesive marketing strategies, and deepen audience connections.

This position entails overseeing campaigns, partnerships, sponsorships, and stakeholder engagements to bolster brand awareness and advance organizational goals across diverse channels.

Oversee a range of essential duties to advance organizational objectives, including strategic planning, project execution, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. Analyze performance metrics and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement, driving data-informed decision-making and continuous enhancement of business processes. Lead teams by fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and professional growth, while ensuring alignment with company values and long-term goals. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to maintain compliance with industry regulations and quality standards. Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, facilitating transparent communication and resolving complex issues to support sustainable growth and stakeholder satisfaction.

Formulate and execute brand and marketing strategies that are in harmony with established business objectives.

Perform comprehensive market research to analyze audience behaviors, identify emerging market trends, and assess competitive activities.

Develop and implement cohesive marketing initiatives spanning digital, print, outdoor, and broadcast platforms to drive brand awareness and engagement.

Leverage cross-functional collaboration among internal marketing teams—content creators, designers, and social media specialists—to ensure cohesive and strategic campaign execution.

Evaluate campaign effectiveness and refine approaches to enhance engagement levels and maximize return on investment.

Develop and cultivate sponsorship prospects and strategic alliances while ensuring their successful acquisition and ongoing management.

Develop and cultivate strategic partnerships with corporate entities, key stakeholders, and pertinent institutions to foster collaborative opportunities.

Investigate and oversee grant opportunities while maintaining adherence to all reporting obligations.

Monitor marketing KPIs and compile performance reports for executive assessment and strategic decision-making.

Possesses a deep knowledge of integrated marketing approaches, brand strategy development, and corporate communications principles.

Proven track record in overseeing partnerships, sponsorships, corporate collaborations, and event management.

Proven ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats.

Exceptional ability to manage stakeholders and coordinate team efforts effectively is essential.

Ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies for improved engagement and ROI.
