Work collaboratively with the Compliance, Risk, Data & Document Management, and Customer Success teams to ensure KYC support is fully integrated with established risk frameworks.
Monitor regulatory developments and evolving KYC (Know Your Customer) mandates, and recommend adjustments to internal protocols to ensure ongoing compliance.
Support the creation and implementation of KYC-focused training programs for the team and key cross-functional collaborators.
Prepare periodic performance and risk exposure reports to support executive decision-making processes.
