Job Summary
The Senior Key Sales Account Manager specializing in Fiber-to-the-home is tasked with overseeing vital accounts, fostering enduring partnerships, and capitalizing on sales prospects within those accounts. To establish a comprehensive grasp of distinct purchasing and sourcing methodologies, procedures, and decision-making frameworks, this role involves crafting a strategic account penetration strategy that outlines the precise actions required to successfully and lucratively finalize orders with each account.
Conduct in-depth assessments of customer requirements to pinpoint appropriate product solutions that align with their specific needs, preferences, and financial constraints.
Identify and engage prospective clients, compiling a comprehensive database of individuals and organizations likely to benefit from the company’s offerings, thereby enhancing revenue opportunities within assigned geographic territories.
Contributing significantly to new business proposals, you will also be tasked with ensuring the seamless integration of new clients into our systems.
Develop comprehensive business plans for both existing and prospective tender opportunities.
Cultivate enduring, mutually beneficial partnerships with clients to ensure sustained engagement and loyalty.
Oversee customer requirements by engaging directly with clients to thoroughly grasp, foresee, and address their needs through effective communication.
To secure mutually beneficial agreements, proactively engage in discussions to finalize tender and contract terms that satisfy both client requirements and organizational objectives.
Oversee and manage client accounts to ensure accurate and efficient handling of all associated tasks and requirements.
Conducting a thorough examination of financial data, including expenditures and revenue streams, to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for optimization.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client contact information, ensuring all details are current and accessible as needed.
Serve as the primary liaison between customers and all corresponding internal departments, facilitating seamless communication and alignment across teams.
Seeking a highly motivated individual with at least three years of relevant experience in [specific field or role], preferably holding a degree in [relevant field]. A degree in Computer, Electrical, Electronics Engineering, or Computer Science—or an equivalent qualification—is required.

Proficiency in selling IT services, coupled with familiarity with solutions from Juniper Networks, Blue Coat, F5, Cisco, and VMware, would be highly beneficial.
