Job Summary
We are looking for a seasoned Warehouse Manager to lead daily warehouse functions, oversee inventory control, and supervise staff effectively.
The optimal candidate will maintain precise inventory management, meticulously oversee stock levels, and facilitate prompt order fulfillment.
Oversee a comprehensive range of operational duties, including the planning, coordination, and execution of projects to ensure timely and efficient completion. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce operational costs, and improve overall performance metrics. Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and aligning individual objectives with organizational goals. Monitor workflows, analyze performance data, and recommend corrective actions to address inefficiencies or bottlenecks. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards throughout all processes. Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear communication and resolving escalated issues promptly.

Requirements
With a demonstrated track record in overseeing warehouse operations, you possess extensive hands-on experience in logistics and inventory control. Your expertise ensures efficient storage solutions, streamlined workflows, and adherence to safety protocols. Additionally, you have a strong ability to manage teams, optimize space utilization, and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.
Demonstrated proficiency in guiding teams and managing resources effectively. Exhibits exceptional ability to coordinate tasks and maintain structured workflows.
Proficient in utilizing inventory control systems to maintain accurate stock levels and streamline supply chain operations.
Demonstrated expertise in utilizing Microsoft Office applications is required.
