A minimum of seven years of progressively responsible finance experience is required, with a focus on areas such as Management Accounting, Cost Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), or Commercial Finance.
Proficiency in agribusiness, manufacturing, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), or other production-centric sectors represents an additional qualification.
Experienced candidates should possess a strong background in financial analysis, budget management, cost evaluation, and proficiency with ERP systems.
