As an ICT Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer, you will be responsible for verifying that software applications and computer systems adhere to stringent performance, reliability, and security benchmarks. Your role will involve developing comprehensive testing protocols, identifying system defects, and working closely with development teams to address and resolve issues prior to product launch.
Oversee a comprehensive range of critical duties, including the management of daily operations to uphold efficiency and productivity standards. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance team performance and drive organizational growth. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align objectives and ensure seamless workflow integration. Monitor key performance indicators to assess progress and identify areas for improvement. Design and implement thorough test plans, test cases, and test scripts, encompassing both manual and automated methodologies, to ensure robust validation of system functionality and performance.
Defect Tracking involves the systematic identification, documentation, and monitoring of software anomalies or inefficiencies through specialized tracking tools such as Jira.
Ensure ICT systems consistently meet established internal policies, industry-accredited standards, and all applicable regulatory requirements.
Partner with software developers and cross-functional teams to collaboratively investigate the root causes of issues and validate fixes before launch.
Evaluate system performance by analyzing behavior, load capacity, and integrity across diverse operational environments.
