The Manager, Internal Audit, will spearhead the formulation, execution, oversight, and assessment of the company’s audit, risk management, and compliance framework to ensure alignment with strategic business objectives.

Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive operational, financial, regulatory, and compliance audits and reviews to evaluate and enhance the efficiency and integrity of Capital Sage Technology’s business operations.
Ensure adherence to all internal policies, established procedures, company standards, regulatory mandates, and statutory obligations governing the Company’s operational activities.
Deliver comprehensive oversight, leadership, and strategic vision to the Internal Audit function, ensuring alignment with the organization’s overarching goals and objectives.

To deliver confidence to Capital Sage’s management and board regarding the integrity and operational efficacy of internal controls throughout the Company’s business operations.
Annually, devise a risk-focused Internal Audit Plan that identifies and prioritizes business areas requiring audit, subject to review by the Executive Director of Internal Audit.
Evaluate the audit universe and strategy in response to evolving business conditions and updated risk assessments as needed.
Periodically assess and revise the Internal Audit Charter to ensure it remains current and effective.
Facilitate the team’s execution of the audit strategy and plan to deliver independent assurance to management and the Board of Directors regarding the operational and design effectiveness of internal controls.
Design, create, and regularly assess internal audit procedures to encompass operational areas, intercompany relationships, and/or transactions.
Conduct comprehensive IT audits spanning applications, databases, operating systems, infrastructure, and networks, encompassing platforms such as Windows, Linux, Oracle DB, and MSSQ, among others.
Perform comprehensive evaluations of audit reports and supporting documentation to verify adherence to professional standards and the adequacy of conclusions.
Articulate strategies for tracking auditees’ progress in implementing action plans to ensure timely resolution of findings, audit points, and other critical issues or matters.
Perform spot checks and conduct specialized investigations as necessary.
Conduct comprehensive audits and evaluations of Information Systems to assess compliance, effectiveness, and security protocols.
Ensure the integrity, reliability, and performance of the group’s information systems and applications through rigorous quality assurance processes.
