The role involves managing the organization’s HR policies and strategies, directing HR staff, addressing employee grievances and disciplinary actions, as well as overseeing HR training and development initiatives, performance management frameworks, and recruitment processes. Additionally, the position requires in-depth knowledge of Nigeria Labour Laws, expertise in HR budgeting and forecasting, proficiency in HR database management, and compensation administration. The successful candidate will also be responsible for aligning HR strategies with business objectives to contribute meaningfully to the organization’s overall success.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or a related field required; candidates with Master’s degrees or professional certifications will be strongly preferred. A minimum of five years of progressive experience in financial management, strategic planning, or corporate development is essential. Proven leadership skills are necessary, along with the ability to mentor junior team members and drive organizational decision-making. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities are critical for success in this role.
A bachelor’s degree—preferably in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a closely related discipline—is required, with a master’s degree serving as a valuable asset.
With a proven track record spanning five to ten years, you bring substantial experience in human resources, consistently delivering impactful outcomes.
Minimum of three years of hands-on experience in manufacturing setup procedures is necessary.
Membership in the Canadian Institute of Purchasing and Materials Management (CI PMN) and/or possession of the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification are considered advantageous qualifications.
