Responsible for the management and implementation of the organization’s HR policies and strategies, this role involves supervising HR personnel, handling employee grievances and disciplinary procedures, and overseeing training and development initiatives. Additionally, the position entails developing performance management systems that foster high performance, managing recruitment and selection processes, ensuring compliance with Nigeria Labour Laws, and handling HR budgeting and forecasting. The role also includes HR database management, compensation management, and the ability to align HR strategies with broader business objectives to drive organizational success.

Seeking a qualified candidate with a proven track record in the relevant field, demonstrated through substantial experience and specialized training. The ideal applicant will possess strong analytical abilities, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the capacity to work effectively under pressure. Familiarity with industry-specific tools, software, or methodologies is essential, along with a commitment to maintaining up-to-date knowledge of evolving trends and best practices. Strong communication and teamwork capabilities are also required to collaborate seamlessly with colleagues and stakeholders.

A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is required, with a master’s degree serving as a favorable credential.

With a demonstrated track record of 5 to 10 years in human resources, you have consistently delivered impactful outcomes and driven organizational success.

A minimum of three years of hands-on experience in manufacturing setup operations is essential for this role. Candidates must possess a proven track record in configuring and optimizing production lines to meet efficiency and quality standards. Familiarity with equipment calibration, workflow adjustments, and troubleshooting setup-related issues is highly desirable.

Membership in CI PMN and/or possession of PHR/SPHR certification would be advantageous.
