Job Summary

Group HR is tasked with delivering strategic direction to the Human Resources function across all Group locations and business units. This position is charged with managing workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, organizational development, training, policy implementation, and regulatory compliance, with the objective of ensuring the Group attracts, cultivates, and retains top-performing talent.

Oversee and execute critical responsibilities essential to the role, including managing daily operations, coordinating team efforts, and ensuring adherence to organizational policies and procedures. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and overall performance. Monitor progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback to foster continuous improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve departmental and company-wide objectives. Maintain accurate records, prepare detailed reports, and present findings to senior leadership as required. Address challenges proactively, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to mitigate risks and optimize workflows. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and legal requirements while promoting a culture of accountability and excellence.

Formulate and execute organization-wide HR strategies that are in harmony with the company’s overarching goals.

Spearhead strategic manpower planning initiatives and optimize workforce distribution across every location to ensure operational efficiency and alignment with organizational goals.

Responsible for managing recruitment, selection, onboarding processes, and succession planning initiatives.

Design and execute performance management frameworks to evaluate and enhance organizational effectiveness.

Foster a dynamic work environment that enhances employee engagement, cultivates a positive organizational culture, and strengthens retention strategies to support long-term workforce stability.

Demonstrate leadership in managing disciplinary actions, conducting thorough investigations, and effectively resolving grievances to maintain a fair and compliant workplace environment.

Uphold adherence to all applicable labor legislation and regulatory standards to mitigate legal risks and foster a compliant operational framework.

Responsible for evaluating and revising HR policies, procedures, and the employee handbook to ensure alignment with current regulations and organizational needs.

Conduct compensation and benefits assessments to verify competitiveness and equity.

Responsibilities include managing learning initiatives, leadership development programs, and talent management strategies.

Oversee HR budgets and track HR-related expenditures to ensure financial accuracy and alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related discipline.

A master’s degree is an additional asset.

A professional HR certification—such as CPM, SPH Ri, SHRM, RCI, or an equivalent credential—is mandatory.

A decade or more of progressive human resources experience is required, including no less than five years in a senior leadership capacity.

Proficiency in overseeing human resources functions across diverse geographical sites and organizational segments is strongly preferred.
