We seek an accomplished and visionary Human Resources Manager to oversee and advance all HR operations within a rapidly expanding real estate enterprise.

Oversee a diverse range of critical tasks, including strategic planning, team leadership, and operational execution to drive organizational success. Formulate and execute human resources strategies that are in harmony with organizational objectives.

Responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle and selection procedures for positions spanning sales, operations, and corporate functions.

Develop and implement robust performance management systems, encompassing key performance indicators (KPIs) and structured appraisal frameworks.

Design and execute employee engagement and retention strategies to foster a positive workplace culture and enhance job satisfaction. Additionally, develop and oversee programs aimed at boosting employee motivation, loyalty, and long-term commitment to the organization.

Oversee employee relations, administer disciplinary actions as necessary, and facilitate conflict resolution to maintain a productive and harmonious workplace environment.

Ensure adherence to Nigerian labor legislation and established organizational policies.

Design and deliver comprehensive training and development initiatives aimed at enhancing workforce productivity and performance.

Responsibilities include managing payroll coordination, designing compensation frameworks, and structuring employee benefits programs.

Develop and advance a robust organizational culture that prioritizes excellence in performance, personal accountability, and exceptional customer service.

Seeking a candidate who possesses a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications, with a minimum of three years of experience in a similar role. The ideal applicant will demonstrate strong analytical skills, proficiency in data analysis tools, and exceptional project management capabilities. Excellent written and verbal communication, along with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment, are essential. Familiarity with industry-specific software and a proven track record of meeting deadlines are highly preferred. The position requires a self-motivated individual who can work independently while also contributing to broader organizational goals.

A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline is required for this position.

7+ years of progressive HR experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a leadership position.

Experienced in talent acquisition, workforce performance optimization, and comprehensive HR administrative functions.

Proficiency in real estate, sales-driven environments, or service-based organizations is highly beneficial.

Proficient in Nigerian labor legislation and industry-leading human resources methodologies.

Proven ability to inspire and guide teams, coupled with strong communication skills and the capacity to build effective interpersonal relationships, is essential.
