Spearhead the strategic planning, implementation, and successful delivery of human genomics programs and projects.
Coordinate collaboration among various functional teams, encompassing laboratory operations, bioinformatics, and research divisions, to ensure cohesive project execution and alignment with organizational objectives.
Oversee project schedules, financial allocations, resource distribution, and interactions with stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
Act as the main point of contact for human genomics initiatives and partnership efforts.
Provide oversight of all regulatory approvals, ethics submissions, and compliance obligations to ensure adherence to applicable standards and guidelines.
Maintain adherence to laboratory, data quality, and operational standards to ensure consistent performance and compliance.
Grant identification, proposal development, and funding application processes are all areas where we require assistance.
Requirements
A master’s degree in Life Sciences, Public Health, or a related discipline is required, along with a minimum of five years of pertinent professional experience. Alternatively, a PhD in an applicable field with at least three years of hands-on experience will also be considered.
Individuals should possess a robust knowledge of genomics, multinomial approaches, next-generation sequencing (NGS) methodologies, and bioinformatics principles to effectively contribute to the role.
Demonstrated success in overseeing intricate scientific or research initiatives is essential.
Proven expertise in utilizing sequencing analysis software and informatics tools is required.
Effective stakeholder management, exceptional communication abilities, and demonstrated leadership qualities are essential.
Proficiency in ISO quality standards and regulatory frameworks is essential.
Demonstrated skill in coordinating various tasks and leading cross-functional teams effectively.
