Job Summary
The Group HR function provides strategic leadership for all Human Resources activities across the organization’s locations and business units. This role ensures effective workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, organizational development, training initiatives, policy implementation, and regulatory compliance. The primary objective is to attract, nurture, and retain top-performing talent throughout the Group.

Seeking applicants who possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, along with a minimum of three years of professional experience in a comparable role. Experience with cross-functional collaboration and project management is highly preferred.
A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is required.
A Master’s Degree would be considered an additional asset.
A professional HR certification, including CPM, SPH Ri, SHRM, RCI, or an equivalent credential, is mandatory for this role.
A minimum of a decade of continuous HR experience is required, including no less than five years in a strategic leadership capacity.
Highly desirable is proficiency in overseeing human resources functions spanning diverse locations and organizational units.
