Analyzes legislation, arbitration rulings, and collective bargaining agreements to discern emerging industry patterns and developments.
Performs additional duties as assigned. Carries out miscellaneous responsibilities as needed. Completes other pertinent assignments as required.
Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree in Law is required, while holding a Master’s degree or a professional HR certification, such as CPM or SHRM, is considered beneficial.
A minimum of two years of professional experience in human resources and legal compliance is required.
Possesses comprehensive understanding of Nigerian labor laws and regulatory frameworks.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, articulate ideas clearly, and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Skilled in managing confidential and sensitive data with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
Meticulous attention to detail is essential when examining legal documents and ensuring adherence to compliance standards.
Demonstrated expertise in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite applications and specialized HR management software is required.
