Job Summary

This role will empower the HR Business Partner to serve as a Strategic Partner by identifying key business value drivers and aligning Oiler’s overarching strategy with tailored, business-specific people initiatives—leveraging external insights to drive differentiation.

To ensure comprehensive, employee and line manager-focused support within the organization, delivered with speed and efficiency.

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will be responsible for executing various functional HR activities across multiple domains, such as Employee and Industrial Relations, HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Policy Administration, and Benefits Management.

Assist business leaders in shaping strategic initiatives by leveraging intellectual rigor to pinpoint, prioritize, and develop essential organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes that drive business success.

Collaborate with line managers to anticipate and strategically align their talent pipeline needs in accordance with the overarching function or business strategy.

By fostering strong, productive relationships between management and staff, you will play a key role in maintaining industrial efficiency and ensuring business objectives are met.

Support People initiatives in driving a higher employee engagement index, with the goal of establishing Oiler as an exceptional workplace.

Gather employee insights proactively by leveraging structured feedback systems to capture diverse perspectives.

Proficiently overseeing case and disciplinary investigations to ensure sustained compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.

Promote a dynamic leadership framework and cultivate a robust coaching environment to drive organizational excellence and team development.

Design and implement strategies to enhance and sustain ongoing advancements in human resources services, processes, systems, and methodologies.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or Social Sciences is required.

Membership in either the Certified Investment Performance Manager (CPM), Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), or Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) is required.

With a minimum of seven years of hands-on experience or a proven track record in the role of an HR Generalist, candidates are expected to bring substantial expertise to the position.
