Job Summary

We’re in search of a seasoned Healthcare Administrative Officer to strengthen our cohesive team. This position plays a pivotal role in maintaining seamless daily operations, elevating residents’ satisfaction, and cultivating an inviting atmosphere for families and visitors alike.

Oversee a comprehensive range of duties encompassing critical operational, administrative, and strategic functions, with a primary focus on ensuring seamless workflow efficiency, adherence to organizational policies, and alignment with long-term business objectives. Implement and monitor initiatives to enhance productivity, maintain rigorous compliance with industry regulations and internal guidelines, and foster a collaborative work environment that prioritizes communication, accountability, and continuous improvement. Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline processes, allocate resources judiciously, and support executive leadership in driving data-informed decision-making while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and ethical conduct.

Provide support in office management, maintain accurate records, and ensure adherence to healthcare regulatory standards.

Perform thorough facility inspections, compile detailed reports, and propose appropriate corrective measures to address identified issues.

Assist leadership in developing and implementing proactive maintenance schedules and ensuring facilities remain in optimal condition.

Accurately document and oversee the management of animal health records, ensuring comprehensive documentation of care and treatment protocols.

Supervise daily animal care activities, including grooming and parasite management.

Maintain accurate documentation of animal care and oversee husbandry-related activities to ensure adherence to established protocols.

Develop and facilitate engaging activities designed to meet the unique needs of each resident.

Provide assistance for programs focused on cognitive enhancement, recreational activities, and occupational development.

Deliver personalized assistance to residents who are unable to participate in group activities.

Conduct risk assessments for outings and events in a supportive capacity.

Support recruitment initiatives, facilitate the seamless onboarding of new employees, and conduct comprehensive orientation programs.

Responsibilities include supporting the maintenance and updating of personnel files and documentation within the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.

Prepare the employee support rota and verify that all personnel data is submitted promptly.

Oversee adherence to attendance protocols and ensure compliance with established HR policies.

Collaborating on employee engagement programs and welfare-focused events to enhance overall job satisfaction and well-being.

Ensure employee concerns are addressed with both timeliness and professionalism at all times.

Execute additional tasks as designated by leadership, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities.

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least three years of professional experience in a comparable role, and proficiency with industry-standard software tools. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Familiarity with project management methodologies and a commitment to continuous learning are also required. Professional certifications in the field are a plus but not mandatory.

Earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or an equivalent field.

Preferably, we are seeking male candidates for this position.

Residing in Isopoda or demonstrating a willingness to relocate to the area is essential.

Seeking candidates with at least five years of professional experience in administration and customer service roles.

Exceptional ability to manage tasks efficiently and maintain meticulous attention to detail in all undertakings.

Designing stimulating and interactive activities tailored to the interests and needs of elderly residents requires a high degree of creativity.

Strong interpersonal skills, proven leadership capabilities, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service are essential.
