UNICEF Nigeria is recruiting a Senior International Consultant to conduct an in-depth, evidence-based Gender Equality Programmatic Review (GPR). This review will evaluate the current state, identify existing gaps, uncover opportunities, and outline strategic pathways to enhance gender integration within UNICEF Nigeria’s programming and operational activities. The findings will serve as a critical foundation for shaping the upcoming Country Program spanning 2028 to 2032.
Key outputs will encompass a Desk Review Report, an initial Mission Agenda, a Preliminary Findings Presentation, a Debrief Slide Deck, a draft Gender Policy and Results (GPR) Report detailing agreed Gender Equality Priorities, a final GPR Report, and a draft Gender Action Plan—all of which will guide the Strategic Moment of Reflection scheduled for early September.
