We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee and execute a range of critical tasks. The individual will be responsible for managing project timelines, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives. Additionally, the role involves analyzing data to identify trends, preparing comprehensive reports, and recommending strategic improvements. Strong problem-solving abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this position. Responsible for managing the upkeep, repair, and functionality of a vehicle fleet, guaranteeing that all units remain operational and compliant with applicable regulations.

Oversee and manage driver operations to ensure adherence to company standards, safety protocols, and traffic legislation.

Schedule maintenance, repairs, and servicing for the fleet to maximize uptime and ensure vehicles operate at peak efficiency.

Maintain adherence to all regulatory mandates, organizational policies, and safety standards by performing routine vehicle inspections and providing ongoing driver training.

Oversee fleet-related expenditures, monitor maintenance expenses, and introduce initiatives to reduce costs.

Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including operations, logistics, and customer service, to maintain smooth and efficient workflows throughout the organization.

Seeking candidates with a Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field, along with a minimum of five years of hands-on experience in a comparable role. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, as is a strong grasp of regulatory compliance and best practices. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are required to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders. Demonstrated leadership ability and a track record of driving process improvements are highly valued.

A Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline is required.

A minimum of three to five years of professional experience in fleet management, logistics, or a comparable field is required, including at least one to two years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.

Develops and implements comprehensive training programs aimed at enhancing employee skills and performance. Collaborates with department heads to identify skill gaps and design targeted learning initiatives. Manages training schedules, coordinates with external vendors for specialized workshops, and tracks participant progress. Evaluates the effectiveness of training through assessments and feedback to ensure continuous improvement. Maintains updated records of all training activities and certifications. Facilitates new employee onboarding by providing orientation sessions and mentorship opportunities.

Proven expertise in leadership and management capabilities is essential.

Proven ability to communicate effectively and build strong interpersonal relationships is essential.
