A Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline is required.
A minimum of three to five years of professional experience in fleet management, logistics, or a comparable field is required, including at least one to two years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.

Manages training schedules, coordinates with external vendors for specialized workshops, and tracks participant progress.
