We are in search of a dynamic, visionary, and outcome-focused leader to spearhead our Facilities and Estate Management team. In the role of Head of Office Operations—Facilities Management / Estate Management, your mandate will encompass strategic planning and meticulous oversight of all office facilities, estates, and infrastructure, with the objective of fostering a secure, cost-efficient, and high-performance workplace.
The position involves overseeing key operational tasks, ensuring adherence to established protocols, and maintaining efficient workflows. Key duties include managing project timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and resolving any arising challenges to meet organizational objectives. Additionally, the role requires meticulous attention to detail in data analysis, reporting, and compliance with industry regulations. Drives facilities and estate strategies, encompassing space planning, expansion efforts, and sustainability initiatives, all with a strategic leadership focus.
Facilities Management is tasked with supervising the upkeep, daily operations, and peak performance of all facilities and supporting infrastructure.
Vendor Management entails overseeing service providers, administering contracts, and monitoring service level agreements (SLAs) to uphold quality standards and optimize cost-effectiveness.
Ensures comprehensive adherence to all regulatory, health, and safety standards at every operational site.
Overseeing budgetary matters, this role involves administering financial plans, scrutinizing expenditures, and fostering improvements in operational effectiveness and cost reductions.
Oversees the comprehensive management of construction, renovation, and office fit-out projects from initiation to completion.
Ensures seamless daily office operations while elevating the overall workplace experience.
Demonstrates strong leadership by guiding, mentoring, and managing the facilities team to ensure consistent performance and goal attainment.
Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in estate management, facilities management, engineering, or a closely related discipline is required.
A master’s degree, particularly an MBA or in a related field, is advantageous.
A minimum of 10 to 15 years of hands-on experience in facilities, estate, or property management is required.
Minimum of five years of demonstrated experience in a senior leadership or managerial capacity is required.
Professional certifications like IFMA, RICH, NI ESV, CORE, USE, or comparable credentials are strongly preferred.
Demonstrated expertise in overseeing multi-location operational frameworks and corporate office administrative structures.
Experienced in delivering successful project management across construction, renovation, and fit-out initiatives.
Possesses in-depth expertise in the operation and management of essential facility systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building maintenance.
A comprehensive grasp of health, safety, and regulatory compliance standards is essential.
Exceptional leadership capabilities, strategic acumen, and a proven track record in driving execution are essential for this role.
Proven expertise in making strategic decisions, effectively managing stakeholders, and driving operational enhancements.
