Description
Secure the prompt sale of available billboard advertising space while maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records within the company’s CRM system.
Act as the main liaison between clients and advertising agencies, facilitating seamless communication and ensuring all parties are aligned throughout the engagement.
Suggest innovative strategies to enhance the organization’s market presence and strengthen its competitive advantage.
Monitor and address client inquiries, campaigns, payments, and feedback promptly to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
Oversee critical client relationships, ensuring regular and precise reporting to leadership on account statuses and developments.
Represent Devkit Media at various engagements, including meetings, events, exhibitions, and networking functions, ensuring a strong and professional presence for the organization.
Ensure the precision and upkeep of sales records and client databases.
Prepare and submit weekly and monthly activity and sales reports to ensure accurate tracking and analysis of performance metrics.
Oversee the evaluation of advertising campaign effectiveness and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Work collaboratively with the operations and design teams to facilitate seamless project execution.
Duties encompass strategic oversight of operational activities, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives while fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. Responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams to drive innovation and efficiency, analyzing performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement, and collaborating with senior leadership to implement data-driven decisions. Requirements
