The compensation for this position is structured within a range of $120,000 to $130,000 annually.
Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with additional half-day shifts on alternating Saturdays, are the required working hours.

Oversee and execute a range of critical tasks, including strategic planning, team leadership, and operational oversight, to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Accurately and promptly record all daily financial transactions with precision.
Draft and distribute invoices, receipts, and payment documentation as required.
Oversee and regulate the processes associated with accounts receivable and payable to ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial transactions.
Ensure prompt follow-up on any outstanding payments and maintain timely collection efforts.
Regularly reconcile bank statements with company financial records to ensure accuracy and consistency in financial reporting.
Monitor expenditures and ensure meticulous organization of financial records.
Provide support for payroll processing as needed.
Compile concise financial reports and summaries to present key financial data and insights.
Ensure adherence to established financial policies and procedures within the company.
Provide support during audit engagements and financial examinations.
Ensure meticulous organization and maintenance of filing and record-keeping systems to uphold accuracy and efficiency.
Execute various accounting and administrative tasks as directed by management, ensuring thorough attention to detail and adherence to established procedures.
Requirements
A minimum of an HND or a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline is required.
Seeking candidates with 1 to 3 years of professional experience in accounting, finance, or a closely related field.
Demonstrates a solid grasp of fundamental accounting principles and practices.
Demonstrates advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and accounting software applications.
Maintains accurate and detailed records while ensuring consistency through thorough reconciliation processes.
Maintaining a meticulous approach and demonstrating exceptional precision are essential, along with a strong commitment to detail-oriented work.
