Job Responsibilities
Directly supervise, mentor, and guide a team of five to ten Sales Representatives to ensure the fulfillment of established sales objectives.
Leverage telemarketing, networking strategies, referrals, and in-person engagements to expand the customer base and enhance acquisition efforts.
Craft and execute strategic sales initiatives specifically designed to engage and support small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) operating within the realm of international commerce.
Develop and nurture robust partnerships with entrepreneurs, merchants, and pivotal figures within the industry.
To ensure productivity and the attainment of targets, oversee team performance, sales activities, and conversion rates.
Perform on-site visits and assist team members with deal finalization, addressing client concerns and overcoming objections effectively.
Conduct thorough assessments of customer requirements and provide tailored recommendations for international payment and settlement solutions.
Develop comprehensive market insights, sales reports, and competitor analyses to drive strategic business growth initiatives.

The ideal candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, along with a minimum of three years of professional experience in a comparable role. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Additionally, the candidate should demonstrate a track record of meeting deadlines and adapting to evolving project demands.
A minimum of an Associate Degree, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a closely related discipline is required.
Proven experience in sales management spanning a minimum of two years, with a demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams to success.
Preferred candidates will have prior experience in B2B sales, fintech, SaaS, taxation, cross-border logistics, or other related sectors.
Exceptional proficiency in leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship management is essential.
