Provide technical expertise and insights to support Well Testing Projects.
Facilitate the procurement and allocation of necessary equipment, consumables, and skilled personnel to support all Well Testing Projects effectively.
Support efforts to guarantee that delivered products meet or exceed the client’s quality standards and expectations.
Support the development and implementation of project execution strategies while ensuring timely delivery of products.
Maintain all equipment and installations in a condition that is both safe and fully operational at all times.
Deliver operational performance in strict alignment with the targets and deadlines established by the Board of Governors or clients.
Perform all other official duties as assigned.
Perform on-site evaluations for well testing initiatives and electrical projects.
Responsible for accurately documenting and filing all maintenance reports, job history cards, and equipment status cards for equipment.
Must demonstrate a thorough understanding of and strict adherence to both the Board of Governors (BOG) and client-specific management policies and procedures pertaining to Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE).
Ensure strict compliance with all work permit systems and completion of required documentation in accordance with both company and client-specific procedures at all locations.
Compose a comprehensive SEC card for each identified hazard to document observations thoroughly.
Collaborate with the Project Office to optimize expenditure on consumables and materials utilized in project operations.
Capable of stepping in seamlessly to support and temporarily assume the duties of a Senior Field Service Engineer, applying advanced technical expertise and problem-solving skills to ensure uninterrupted service and operational efficiency.
Collaborate on the creation and rollout of internal training programs.
Person Specification
A bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Applied Sciences is required.
A minimum of two years of practical experience in the role of a well test engineer is required.
Proficiency in multiphase well testing meters is a valuable asset.
Accomplished in the upstream segment of the oil and gas sector, with extensive knowledge and practical experience in the field.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to precision are essential.
Proficiency in operating multiphase flow meters is highly beneficial.
