Job Summary
We seek a proactive and seasoned Facility Manager to ensure the meticulous maintenance, adherence to safety protocols, robust security measures, and overall operational efficiency of our facilities and company assets.
Seeking a candidate with a minimum of three years of experience in a relevant field, proficiency in key software tools, and strong analytical skills. The ideal applicant must possess excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, and demonstrate a proven track record of meeting deadlines. Additionally, familiarity with industry-specific regulations and the capacity to work collaboratively in a team environment are essential. A bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent practical experience is required.
A bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Engineering, Facility Management, Estate Management, or a closely related discipline is required.
A minimum of three years of pertinent professional experience is required.
Proven expertise in facility maintenance, asset management, and vendor coordination is essential.
