The Senior Director of Customer Development & Digital Commerce is responsible for integrating Customer Development, Digital Commerce, and System-wide execution to drive sustainable growth in volume, value, and market share. This position designs and implements a cohesive, franchise-level strategy for customer and digital commerce initiatives, accelerating omnichannel expansion, enhancing operational excellence, and cultivating forward-thinking commercial capabilities across the organization. Operating within a dynamic multi-bottler framework, the role coordinates alignment among franchise leadership, customer teams, bottling partners, and digital ecosystems to achieve enterprise-wide results.

Oversee and drive the growth of key accounts, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and client expectations. Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with major clients to foster trust and collaboration. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue potential. Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service and solutions to meet or exceed client needs. Monitor account performance and proactively address any issues to maintain satisfaction and retention. Collaborate closely with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance service delivery. Prepare and present detailed reports on account status, progress, and strategic recommendations.

Develop and implement a unified Customer Development strategy spanning all Modern Trade, E-Commerce, Q-Commerce, QSR, On-Premise, O2O, and Travel channels across the franchise network.

Achieve profitable volume, value, and market share expansion in alignment with Annual Business Plans and Long-Range Plans.

Drive the development and execution of an integrated Digital Commerce and Digital Business Strategy as part of the commercial planning framework.

Drive the implementation of B2B, E-Commerce, and digital transformation initiatives with customers and bottlers to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.

Oversee the coordination and synchronization of a network of 30+ bottlers, fostering operational excellence and seamless collaboration across the system.

Forge high-impact, strategic digital alliances with customers and enterprises to unlock sustainable value and growth opportunities.

Provide leadership, mentorship, and development to a top-tier senior team while serving as a catalyst for capability enhancement across Franchise teams.

Candidates must possess a minimum of five years of relevant professional experience, complemented by a bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and practical training. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, along with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in fast-paced environments while maintaining meticulous attention to detail. Leadership experience and the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams are highly desirable.

With a minimum of 15 years of advancing leadership expertise in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) or consumer goods sectors, you bring a wealth of experience to the role.
