A prominent fintech organization is in search of a seasoned, outcome-focused Sales Manager specializing in Cross-Border Payments to oversee and drive the performance of a dynamic B2B sales team dedicated to cross-border payment solutions.

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage a diverse array of duties, including overseeing daily operations, coordinating team efforts, and ensuring seamless workflow across departments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying process improvements, implementing strategic initiatives, and maintaining high standards of efficiency and productivity. Additionally, the role requires strong analytical abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, adherence to company policies, and commitment to delivering exceptional results are essential. Directly oversee, mentor, and guide a team of 5 to 10 Sales Representatives in order to successfully meet established sales objectives.

Leverage telemarketing, networking initiatives, referrals, and in-person meetings to expand the customer base and enhance acquisition efforts.

Craft and execute robust sales strategies specifically designed to engage and support small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) engaged in international commerce.

Foster enduring partnerships with entrepreneurs, merchants, and pivotal professionals across the industry.

Track team performance, sales activities, and conversion rates to verify productivity levels and goal attainment.

Perform on-site assessments and assist colleagues in finalizing transactions while addressing client concerns.

Analyze customer requirements and propose appropriate cross-border payment and settlement solutions tailored to their needs.

Produce market insights, compile sales reports, and conduct competitor analysis to facilitate business growth initiatives.

Leverage digital and social media channels to generate leads and foster meaningful customer interactions.

Requirement

A minimum of an Associate Degree, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a closely related field is required.

A minimum of two years of hands-on experience in sales management is required, along with a proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.

Professionals with a proven track record in B2B sales, fintech, SaaS, taxation, cross-border logistics, or comparable sectors are strongly encouraged to apply.

Exceptional proficiency in leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship management is essential for this role. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high degree of skill and experience in these areas to drive success and foster collaboration.

Results-oriented professional who thrives in dynamic, high-pressure settings while consistently meeting ambitious goals. Demonstrates strong initiative, adaptability, and the capacity to excel under tight deadlines.

Monthly base salary ranges from ₩521,000, offering a competitive compensation package.

An enticing commission framework with no cap on earnings, featuring a performance-based compensation plan of KPI/Bonus(N): 279,000.00.

Earnings are projected to commence at a minimum of 800,000 per month, with total compensation subject to performance-based adjustments.
