Job Summary
As the Digital Communication Officer, your primary responsibility will involve developing and executing compelling content strategies across our digital platforms, such as the website, blog, email campaigns, and social media channels.
Your primary objective is to enhance brand recognition and cultivate high-quality sales leads.
Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of duties encompassing strategic planning, team leadership, and operational oversight to ensure seamless business alignment and productivity. Collaborate closely with cross-functional departments to streamline processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive sustainable growth initiatives. Monitor performance metrics, assess outcomes, and implement corrective measures to maintain high efficiency and adherence to organizational objectives. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous development while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal policies. Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear guidance, resolving escalations, and maintaining transparent communication channels to uphold organizational integrity and stakeholder trust.
Craft and publish engaging stories, videos, and visual narratives that showcase our superior craftsmanship. Document daily production on the factory floor, capture showroom displays, and record installation projects.
Develop and oversee monthly content calendars and digital campaigns with precision to enhance platform engagement, expand follower base, and strengthen brand affinity.
Develop and maintain a unified visual and messaging framework for all digital platforms. Ensure alignment between the digital brand presence and offline showroom interactions, performing quarterly brand evaluations to assess consistency and effectiveness.
Daily monitoring of digital platforms is essential to nurture audience relationships and strengthen community ties. All online inquiries must be acknowledged within a 24-hour window to maintain responsiveness and customer satisfaction.
Performance Analytics & Reporting: Utilize Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and additional evaluation tools to monitor, assess, and produce monthly reports on digital campaign performance. Analyze data to identify trends, evaluate KPIs, and implement strategic adjustments aimed at enhancing overall campaign effectiveness.
Collaborate effectively across departments by partnering with Production, Showroom Sales, and Project Teams to identify compelling narratives and ensure seamless integration of communication materials.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of five years of professional experience in software development, with at least three years in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills and the capacity to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies is a must.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines and containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
Education: Candidates must possess either an HND or a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a closely related field, or demonstrate equivalent hands-on experience in a specialized digital marketing capacity.
Seeking candidates with 1 to 2 years of hands-on expertise in digital marketing, social media oversight, engaging content development, and foundational graphic design skills.
Proven expertise in operating photography and videography equipment with precision and technical proficiency.
Proficiency in both mobile and desktop creative applications, ranging from intermediate to advanced levels, is required, with demonstrated expertise in tools such as Canva, In Shot, Adobe Photoshop, Cap Cut, and related software.
Proven expertise in executing and overseeing campaigns across major social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube, as well as email marketing channels.
Proficient in leveraging digital analytics tools and tracking platforms such as Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite to interpret key performance indicators and optimize campaign effectiveness.
Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, a refined attention to detail, a strong creative instinct, and the capacity to seamlessly oversee overlapping project schedules are required.
