With our digital marketing influence continuously growing, we seek a seasoned and strategic Senior Account Manager to strengthen our team. In this role, you will spearhead client relationships, oversee campaign delivery, and foster seamless cross-functional collaboration across dynamic digital marketing initiatives.

Overseeing a range of operational duties, this role encompasses the planning, coordination, and execution of key initiatives to drive organizational success. The position mandates meticulous attention to detail to ensure adherence to project timelines, budget constraints, and quality benchmarks. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, the role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills to align stakeholders and foster productive partnerships. Additionally, the incumbent will be responsible for monitoring performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective measures to enhance operational efficiency. The position may involve supervisory duties, including team leadership, mentoring, and performance evaluations to cultivate a high-performing workforce.

The professional is responsible for strategically directing and implementing digital marketing initiatives, encompassing social media, paid media, content creation, influencer partnerships, experiential activations, and production projects from conception through final delivery.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders across strategy, creative, media, production, and digital departments to guarantee timely project execution and adherence to budgetary constraints.

Act as the primary liaison for designated clients, fostering enduring and robust professional connections.

To deliver strategic recommendations, analyze clients’ business goals, marketing objectives, and brand positioning with precision.

Explore avenues to enhance existing accounts by strategically implementing upselling and cross-selling initiatives for agency services.

Facilitate the creation of pitches, draft proposals, and prepare presentations tailored to prospective clients.

Oversee the financial aspects of designated accounts, including budget management, invoicing procedures, and profitability analysis.

Develop comprehensive campaign reports, conduct detailed performance analyses, and execute thorough post-campaign evaluations.

Oversee project viability to ensure alignment with established budgets and commercial objectives.

Oversee payment schedules and facilitate account reconciliation efforts as needed.

Provide guidance and assistance to junior account executives and account managers to foster their professional growth and development.

What We’re Looking For:

5+ years’ experience in a digital marketing, advertising, or integrated communications agency environment.

Proven expertise in digital marketing strategies and the execution of marketing campaigns is essential, with a comprehensive grasp of the latest industry trends and best practices.

Strong interpersonal, public speaking, and managerial capabilities are essential.

Demonstrates a strong capacity to oversee several projects and clients concurrently with a high level of organization and efficiency.

Commercial acumen and analytical problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
