As the Afterwales Service Representative, your responsibilities will include managing customer interactions following product purchases, with a focus on resolving issues promptly and sustaining high satisfaction levels. You will process warranty claims, coordinate repair services, and address service requests while collaborating with logistics and technical teams to facilitate seamless operations. Additionally, your duties will encompass offering product guidance, recommending compatible accessories, and maintaining precise service records within CRM systems. By leveraging strong communication and problem-solving abilities, you will foster customer loyalty and support the company’s broader growth objectives.

Oversee and execute core duties encompassing a broad spectrum of tasks critical to operational success, including but not limited to strategic planning, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration. Ensure adherence to organizational objectives by monitoring performance metrics, implementing process improvements, and maintaining compliance with industry standards. Develop and foster relationships with stakeholders to enhance communication, resolve escalated issues, and drive alignment between departments. Additionally, contribute to budget management, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies to support sustainable growth and operational efficiency.

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints regarding phone accessories products in a timely and professional manner.

Experts in Product Support are tasked with diagnosing and resolving any issues related to products, in addition to providing alternative solutions such as replacements when necessary.

Order Management: Execute order processing, monitor shipment status, and manage returns or exchanges as needed.

Maintain current expertise on product features, benefits, and technical specifications through ongoing research and industry updates.

Sales Support professionals actively seek out sales opportunities, advocate for company products, and deliver strategic product recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth.

Deliver periodic updates regarding customer feedback, product performance metrics, and sales trend analyses to stakeholders.

Requirements:

A bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business Administration, Sales, or a closely aligned discipline is required.

Seeking candidates with up to two years of experience in customer service or sales roles, ideally within the phone accessories sector.

Effective verbal and written communication abilities, along with the capacity to collaborate seamlessly with diverse teams and stakeholders, are essential.

Exceptional proficiency in problem-solving and analytical reasoning is required. Candidates must demonstrate strong abilities to assess complex situations, identify key issues, and develop effective solutions with precision and efficiency.

Proven capability to thrive under pressure, deliver high-quality results within strict deadlines, and maintain productivity in a high-speed operational setting.

Proficient in phone accessories products and the underlying technology.
