Key duties involve managing and overseeing daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity, as well as leading and developing a team to meet organizational goals. Responsibilities further include collaborating with cross-functional departments to streamline processes, identifying and implementing improvements to enhance performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Additionally, the role entails analyzing data and metrics to evaluate departmental effectiveness, preparing detailed reports for senior leadership, and making strategic recommendations based on findings. Strong leadership, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this position.

Monitor financial allocations, oversee cash flow activities, and evaluate resource consumption to ensure alignment with established budgets and operational needs.

Oversee and manage project timelines, budgets, and advancements to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and deliverables.

Compile weekly and monthly project performance reports providing stakeholders with accurate insights into progress and outcomes.

Evaluate and oversee change orders while assisting with claims management procedures.

Collaborate closely with Engineering, Procurement, and Project teams to ensure seamless alignment and execution of objectives.

Deliver projects while maintaining strict adherence to allocated budget constraints, ensuring financial resources are utilized efficiently and cost overruns are avoided.

Monitor financial resources, oversee budget adherence, and assess cash flow to ensure optimal allocation and financial stability.

Requirements

A degree in Quantity Surveying, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline, such as a B.Sc. or HND, is required.

With a minimum of five years of pertinent professional experience, candidates should demonstrate a solid background in the field.

Analytical prowess, adeptness in negotiation, and exceptional communication abilities are essential for this role.

Demonstrates strong expertise in utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with advanced skills in document creation, data analysis, and presentation development.

Demonstrates exceptional organizational abilities and time management proficiency, while maintaining current knowledge of industry trends, laws, and regulations.
