This role requires a deep understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth. Key responsibilities include analyzing sales data, monitoring competitor activities, and developing innovative strategies to enhance visibility and accessibility. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in market research, and the ability to collaborate across teams to drive penetration efforts effectively.

Perform routine market assessments to verify the extent of root coverage and the presence of company products within the designated region.

Propose innovative strategies to enhance product features, thereby driving sales growth and elevating customer satisfaction levels.

To expand market presence and enhance brand equity across the region, you will introduce new products strategically.

Design and sustain a high-performance distribution network to guarantee punctual deliveries and exceptional customer service standards.

Effectively manage the SKUs portfolio to meet and exceed established targets through strategic oversight and optimization initiatives.

Demonstrates proficiency in managing customer relationships through the effective use of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to enhance client interactions, track engagement, and analyze customer data for improved retention and satisfaction.

Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date registry of all regional trade partners to facilitate seamless access and communication.

Document all customer interactions and systematically maintain records pertaining to activities, accounts, and trade partners.

Facilitate the Company’s product promotion initiatives by assisting trade partners with their day-to-day operational needs.

Compile a comprehensive trade database encompassing distributors, retailers, and supermarkets to support strategic decision-making efforts.

Engage with clients to evaluate their changing requirements and gauge the strength of the company’s partnerships with them.

Address and promptly resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and service-related issues upon receipt.

Analyze market trends, evaluate competitor actions, and gather customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats.

Reporting:

Craft compelling sales presentations and proposals, tailored for delivery to the head of sales and senior management, ensuring clarity, persuasiveness, and alignment with strategic objectives.

Respond promptly to prospective clients and existing customers to address their inquiries and follow up on generated leads efficiently.

Ensure meticulous documentation of sales activities and customer engagements, adhering to established record-keeping standards and protocols.

Compile custom reports as needed to support operational and strategic decision-making processes.

Track and assess critical metrics to evaluate performance effectiveness and operational efficiency, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and strategic goals.

Address all customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and thoroughly, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and in accordance with established timelines.

Maintaining complete accuracy across all customer records and databases, as well as ensuring the prompt retrieval of information, is essential.

Foster a favorable brand image and enhance customer perception metrics to uphold a strong, positive reputation.

Proficient utilization of technological tools, including MS Suite applications (e.g., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and essential office equipment such as printers, fax machines, and scanners is required.

Deliver exceptional customer service while addressing and resolving inquiries with efficiency and promptness.

We seek a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, along with a minimum of five years of hands-on experience in software development. Proficiency in multiple programming languages, such as Java, Python, or C++, is essential, along with strong problem-solving abilities and exceptional analytical skills. Familiarity with agile methodologies, version control systems, and cloud platforms is required. The ideal applicant will have prior experience in designing scalable systems, collaborating in cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality solutions within tight deadlines. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are also necessary to effectively engage with stakeholders.

A minimum of a Higher National Diploma (HND) or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a closely related discipline is required.

Requires a minimum of three to five years of direct sales experience, with a mandatory background in cosmetics.

Skilled in utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software systems effectively.

Demonstrated success in driving sales and consistently meeting performance objectives.
