The Senior Sales Executive will oversee the complete sales process, encompassing prospecting, lead qualification, property presentations, negotiations, and deal finalization.
Responsibilities encompass cultivating and sustaining a robust client pipeline, facilitating property viewings, crafting detailed proposals, and verifying the precision and regulatory adherence of all documentation.
The position requires close coordination with marketing and project teams to synchronize sales strategies with existing and anticipated initiatives while offering insightful market feedback to inform critical business decisions.
The Senior Sales Executive will cultivate enduring client partnerships, meet ambitious sales objectives, and uphold Kingsford Homes’ reputation through professional representation at client meetings, industry events, and property tours.

Proven expertise in real estate sales and business development, encompassing strategic prospecting, effective lead management, skilled negotiation, and successful deal closure.
Proven ability to cultivate strong client relationships, expand professional networks, and deliver exceptional customer service, fostering trust and sustainable partnerships over time.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities are essential for effectively engaging with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
We require strong familiarity with essential digital tools and CRM platforms to monitor leads, oversee opportunities, and analyze sales performance metrics effectively.
Demonstrated expertise in real estate or a closely related sector, ideally within Lagos or comparable market environments, is required.
Achieved consistent success in surpassing sales benchmarks within a dynamic, goal-oriented setting through proactive performance and strategic execution.
Exceptional organizational and time management capabilities, enabling the effective handling of numerous prospects and projects concurrently.
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is strongly preferred; however, equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
