Annually, devise a risk-focused Internal Audit Plan, specifying the business segments to be examined for endorsement by the Executive Director of Internal Audit.
Conduct a thorough evaluation of the audit universe and strategy, adapting them as necessary in response to evolving business conditions and updated risk assessments.
Periodically review and revise the Internal Audit Charter to ensure it aligns with evolving regulatory requirements and organizational objectives.
Execute the audit plan and strategy to guide the team, ensuring the delivery of independent assurance to both management and the Board of Directors regarding the operating and design effectiveness of internal controls.
Devise, execute, and routinely assess internal audit procedures to comprehensively encompass functional areas, intercompany relationships, and related transactions.
