Lead initiatives that enhance productivity, optimize resource allocation, and ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory compliance. The role demands expertise in financial compliance and a thorough understanding of regulatory frameworks. Candidates must possess a minimum of five years of relevant experience, preferably in a supervisory capacity, along with a certified qualification such as CPA, CFA, or equivalent. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to interpret complex financial data and ensure adherence to legal standards. Proficiency in compliance software and advanced Excel capabilities is required, and familiarity with international accounting principles is highly advantageous. Excellent communication skills are necessary to liaise with stakeholders and present findings clearly.
A degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Construction Management, or a closely related discipline is required.
Three years of prior experience in site supervision is required at minimum.
