The Opportunity:
We seek a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to accelerate growth within our recruitment partner ecosystem. In this role, you will oversee and cultivate a varied portfolio of recruitment partners (RPs), acting as their strategic champion and trusted advisor. From initial onboarding through expansion, you will spearhead relationship management, guarantee enrollment delivery, and enhance RP engagement and wallet share through customized support, focused training initiatives, and performance evaluations grounded in data insights. This position demands close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams in a dynamic, self-directed setting, delivering measurable success as you transform partnerships into sustainable revenue-generating opportunities.

You will be responsible for executing key duties that contribute directly to the success of our operations. Your daily activities will include managing projects, collaborating with team members, and ensuring all processes align with organizational goals. Additionally, you will be expected to meet established performance standards while maintaining a high level of professionalism and efficiency.
Serve as a liaison for Apply Board, advocating for our mission and offerings to educational agents, international institutions, and prospective students.
Develop a comprehensive grasp of Apply Board’s core principles and solutions, ensuring compelling communication to a broad spectrum of students and academic collaborators.
Formulate and implement comprehensive strategies aimed at boosting international student enrollment by actively recruiting candidates from diverse geographical regions to expand Apply Board’s network.
Establish and nurture robust partnerships with agents by negotiating favorable terms, delivering thorough training programs, and ensuring ongoing engagement through regular communication.
Guide and mentor agents to enhance both the quality and quantity of student applications while maintaining strict compliance with Apply Board’s established standards.
Employ digital tools such as CRM systems and social media channels to distribute essential communications, circulate vital information, and foster meaningful engagement with prospective as well as existing students.
Develop and execute recruitment and marketing initiatives grounded in data analysis and market research to enhance Apply Board’s global outreach efforts.
Leverage strategic initiatives to strengthen Apply Board’s global footprint, facilitating enhanced accessibility to high-quality educational opportunities for students across diverse international markets.
What You Bring to the Table:
With a minimum of two years of experience in overseeing recruitment or enterprise accounts—ideally within the international education sector—you bring a strong foundation to this role.
A relevant bachelor’s degree, such as in Business, Marketing, or Education, is strongly preferred.
Proficient in English, with fluency as a core requirement; additional language proficiencies are considered advantageous.
Proven capability to inspire and mobilize a wide range of stakeholders, including students and educational agents, through articulate, compelling, and influential communication.
A proactive professional who excels in both collaborative team settings and independent work, demonstrating adaptability and strong performance in either context.
Strong organizational abilities combined with a keen aptitude for prioritizing tasks and maintaining precision in both information and communications.
Accomplished professional skilled in devising innovative solutions to overcome intricate challenges, ensuring favorable results for both students and partners.
Skilled in utilizing CRM systems, with a preference for candidates who also possess experience in social media and other digital engagement tools.
