Job Summary:

Drives the identification and evaluation of potential locations for new CNG facilities.

Oversee the planning and execution of CNG construction initiatives, encompassing mother and daughter stations as well as conversion centers.

Proactively identify and engage potential customers interested in compressed natural gas (CNG), with a strong emphasis on securing bulk and commercial sales contracts.

The role encompasses a wide range of duties, including but not limited to overseeing daily operations, managing project timelines with precision, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless workflow, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations. Key responsibilities involve identifying process inefficiencies, developing strategic solutions to enhance productivity, and fostering a culture of accountability and innovation within the team. Additionally, the position requires effective communication with stakeholders at all levels, analyzing performance metrics to drive data-informed decision-making, and contributing to long-term organizational growth through continuous improvement initiatives.

Perform on-site assessments and feasibility evaluations of prospective locations for CNG facilities in accordance with established feasibility criteria.

Collaborate with regulatory authorities to secure all necessary pre-construction prerequisites for CNG facilities, including permits, licenses, certificates, and statutory payments.

Assist in overseeing the construction and installation processes of equipment for both daughter and mother stations.

Formulate and implement a strategic plan for entering the CNG market, establishing the market model, and managing the expansion process.

Execute the entire sales process, encompassing prospecting, proposal creation, commercial negotiations, contract finalization, and seamless transfer of accounts to the operations team.

Qualifications:

Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is essential. Prior experience in a similar role, ideally within the financial services sector, is highly advantageous. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills are required. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities are necessary to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with industry-specific software or tools is preferred. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Required:

A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Social Sciences, Management, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or a related field is mandatory.

We require a minimum of five years of relevant professional experience in a comparable position within a gas company.

A master’s degree may provide a competitive edge in this role.
