Job Summary

Our client is in search of a seasoned Senior Client Service Manager to spearhead their client services team and propel business expansion.

As a Senior Client Service Manager, your primary responsibilities will involve overseeing and enhancing existing client relationships while also spearheading revenue growth initiatives. In this role, you will function as a trusted strategic advisor to clients, offering specialized expertise in experiential marketing strategies and campaign execution.

Key duties include developing and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, overseeing cross-functional projects to ensure alignment with organizational objectives, and managing stakeholder relationships to foster collaboration and drive performance. The role demands proficiency in analyzing complex data to inform decision-making, identifying opportunities for process improvements, and leading teams through change management initiatives. Additionally, the position requires strong communication skills to articulate goals, provide constructive feedback, and maintain transparent reporting structures. Compliance with industry regulations and adherence to company policies remain critical, alongside a commitment to continuous professional development and innovation.

Possess an in-depth knowledge of the client’s business operations and proactively identify avenues for expanding the account’s scope and value.

Demonstrate practical proficiency, deep technical insight, and a thorough understanding of client expectations.

Oversee the comprehensive management of client accounts on a daily basis, encompassing financial operations and ensuring sustained profitability.

Prepare and deliver Contact Reports, Status Reports, and Activation Reports in a timely manner. Additionally, review and authorize all critical communications intended for the Client.

Drives the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities to foster growth for assigned brands.

Develop new business opportunities and cultivate qualified leads for the agency by leveraging a structured sales funnel.

Demonstrate robust leadership capabilities by guiding and motivating team members to achieve established objectives efficiently.

Ensure operational activities are strategically planned and executed while consistently meeting deliverables and maintaining client deadlines.

Assess the impact of activations by collecting feedback and deriving measurable outcomes to gauge success.
