The ideal candidate will be tasked with overseeing and executing key responsibilities, including ensuring all duties are fulfilled with precision and efficiency. Additionally, the position requires adherence to established protocols, meticulous attention to detail, and effective communication to collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams.

Menu planning involves designing and refining culinary offerings, while overseeing all kitchen operations ensures efficient workflow, adherence to standards, and timely delivery of meals. Managing kitchen inventory requires tracking stock levels, minimizing waste, and maintaining optimal supply levels to support seamless operations. Additionally, training kitchen staff fosters skill development, ensures consistency in food quality, and upholds safety and hygiene protocols.

Stays current with evolving industry trends and ensures the quality of ingredients remains optimal.

Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment is essential.

Monitoring inventory levels, placing orders, and conducting regular ingredient counts to maintain adequate stock levels within the kitchen are essential responsibilities. Ensuring the workspace is consistently supplied with necessary materials is required.

Collaborating closely with the team, he/she is responsible for meticulously planning and delivering exceptional presentations of dishes.

Ensure all cooking equipment is properly arranged and organized at the workstation for optimal efficiency and functionality.

Responsible for ensuring a consistent supply of dishes and developing new menu items to enhance culinary offerings.

Skilled in crafting both continental and regional specialties, with strong expertise in pastry, barbecue preparation, and butchery techniques, along with related culinary disciplines.

Successful applicants must be based in Lagos, with accommodation provided for those who are selected.
