Job Summary
We require a dependable, professional, and safety-focused Driver to transport company staff, executives, and handle official assignments.
The ideal candidate will manage the punctual delivery of goods, uphold strict vehicle maintenance standards, and fully comply with traffic laws and organizational policies.
Oversee a range of critical duties including managing day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations, and facilitating smooth workflows to achieve organizational objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives, optimize processes, and drive continuous improvement across departments. Supervise staff performance, provide mentorship and guidance, and foster a productive and inclusive work environment. Prepare and present detailed reports on key performance indicators, operational metrics, and project progress to senior leadership. Identify and mitigate risks, resolve escalated issues promptly, and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to enhance business relationships and ensure satisfaction.
Responsible for securely conveying company personnel, executives, clients, and guests to their intended destinations.
Ensure all pick-ups and drop-offs are completed punctually, adhering strictly to the designated schedules.
Ensure the assigned vehicle remains clean and in optimal condition at all times.
Perform regular vehicle inspections and immediately document any defects, damages, or required maintenance tasks.
Ensure the vehicle maintains optimal fuel levels at all times by actively monitoring and replenishing fuel as needed.
Maintain precise documentation of travel records, mileage logs, fuel usage, and maintenance actions.
Ensure strict compliance with all traffic laws, road safety regulations, and the company’s established driving policies.
Support the distribution and retrieval of documents, parcels, and other company materials as needed.
To optimize travel schedules, develop and implement efficient routes that minimize delays and guarantee punctual arrival at each destination.
Preserve the confidentiality of all company data and executive-related activities at all times.
Provide assistance with various administrative and logistical tasks as directed, ensuring efficient and timely completion of assigned responsibilities.
Requirements
Education: Applicants must possess a Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field from an accredited institution.
A Secondary School Certificate (SSC) or an equivalent qualification is required.

A valid driver’s license and an unblemished driving history are essential requirements for this position.
