This is a full-time Business Executive position located in Ibadan, offering a hybrid work model that blends on-site client and team interactions with the convenience of remote work. The Business Executive will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, as well as presenting Aaron Homes’ diverse estate offerings.

Maintain precise sales documentation and deliver prompt updates to management on a daily basis.

This position entails meeting sales goals while cultivating enduring client partnerships.

The Business Executive will serve as the company’s professional ambassador, reinforcing brand integrity and aligning actions with organizational values while delivering actionable market insights to enhance product development and strategic direction.

Must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; alternatively, possess equivalent work experience. Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++ is required, along with experience with database management systems such as MySQL or PostgreSQL. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively are essential. Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is a plus. Excellent communication skills for conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders are also necessary.

Exceptional proficiency in sales, negotiation, and deal closure is essential for this role.

Client relationship management requires adeptness in prospecting, consistent follow-up, and delivering polished, professional customer support.

Demonstrates strong interpersonal and public speaking abilities, with proficiency in articulating property attributes, pricing structures, and available payment options in an easily understandable manner.

Proficient in marketing and networking strategies to effectively promote properties through direct engagement, client referrals, and relevant online platforms as needed.

Proficient in leveraging productivity tools—such as email platforms, spreadsheet software, CRM systems, or sales tracking applications—as well as mobile communication tools to enhance workflow efficiency and collaboration.
