Job Summary

A dynamic Business Development Executive is needed to propel revenue growth through the discovery of new business prospects and the cultivation of enduring client partnerships.

The successful candidate will craft and implement strategic sales initiatives, finalize agreements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate the flawless delivery of client projects.

Oversee and execute key duties within the assigned role, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Implement best practices to optimize workflow efficiency and productivity while maintaining high standards of quality. Monitor progress, track performance metrics, and provide actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making. Seeking a highly skilled professional to fulfill key responsibilities with expertise and precision. Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, along with a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in the industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with industry-specific software are essential. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are required to excel in this role. The ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment is a must. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results will ensure success in this position.

A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline at the HND, B.Sc., or MBA level is required.

Three years of professional experience in sales, marketing, or business development is required.

Achieved consistent success in surpassing revenue targets, demonstrating a strong ability to deliver exceptional financial results.

Proficiency in digital media or advertising represents an additional benefit.

Professional certifications, whether issued locally or internationally, would be considered an advantageous qualification for this role.

Proficient command of relevant software tools, including but not limited to project management platforms, data analysis applications, and communication suites.
