The Opportunity:
We seek a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead growth within our recruitment partner ecosystem. In this role, you will oversee a varied portfolio of recruitment partners (RPs), acting as their strategic ally and trusted advisor. From initial onboarding through to expansion, you will manage relationships, guarantee enrollment delivery, and enhance RP engagement and wallet share through tailored support, focused training initiatives, and performance-driven conversations grounded in data. This position offers dynamic collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams in a fast-paced, independent setting, with clear opportunities to transform partnerships into scalable revenue-generating engines.

Your role will involve executing key duties, collaborating with colleagues, and ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Daily activities will encompass a mix of operational, strategic, and administrative functions designed to support the company’s objectives and maintain a productive work environment.
Serve as a key representative of Apply Board, promoting our mission and services to educational agents, international institutions, and prospective students.
To develop a comprehensive grasp of Apply Board’s value proposition and comprehensive offerings, and subsequently articulate these effectively to a broad spectrum of students and educational partners.
To drive growth, devise and implement strategic initiatives aimed at boosting international student enrollment, actively recruiting candidates from diverse global regions to expand Apply Board’s network.
Develop and sustain robust partnerships with agents by negotiating favorable terms, delivering thorough training programs, and ensuring ongoing engagement through regular communication.
Guide and mentor agents, enhancing both the quality and quantity of student applications while strictly maintaining Apply Board’s established standards.
Leverage CRM systems and social media platforms to effectively disseminate key messages, share pertinent information, and foster meaningful engagement with prospective and enrolled students.
Devise and execute recruitment and marketing strategies driven by data and market research insights to enhance Apply Board’s global outreach efforts.
Leverage Apply Board’s global reach to enhance international visibility, thereby facilitating greater worldwide student access to high-quality educational opportunities.
What You Bring to the Table:
2+ years of experience managing recruitment or enterprise accounts, preferably within the international education sector.
A relevant bachelor’s degree—such as in Business, Marketing, or Education—is highly desirable.
Proficient in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in additional languages is considered a valuable asset.
Proven skill in effectively engaging and motivating stakeholders from varied backgrounds, including students, educators, and educational representatives, through articulate and impactful communication.
A proactive professional who excels in both collaborative team settings and independent work environments, demonstrating strong initiative and adaptability.
Demonstrates exceptional organizational abilities, adeptly balancing priorities while maintaining precision in information handling and communication.
Skilled in devising innovative solutions to tackle intricate challenges, ensuring favorable results for students and collaborators alike.
Skilled in utilizing customer relationship management systems, with a preference for candidates who additionally possess familiarity with social media and digital engagement platforms.
