Job Summary

Feeder is in search of a dynamic Business Development Manager to spearhead business growth by cultivating strategic partnerships, expanding market reach, and overseeing key accounts. The ideal candidate will focus on securing and expanding medium to large-scale business accounts, nurturing critical stakeholder relationships, and enhancing transaction volume and revenue across the platform.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team, responsible for a diverse range of duties that contribute to the success of our operations. Your role will involve overseeing key projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently and within established timelines. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance productivity. Additionally, you will be accountable for maintaining accurate records, preparing detailed reports, and presenting findings to senior leadership. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential for this position. Proficiency in relevant software tools and a proven track record in project management will be highly advantageous.

Cultivate high-impact collaborations with major manufacturers and essential stakeholders—including distributors, logistics firms, financial institutions, government bodies, hospitality providers, and philanthropic organizations—to underpin both business expansion and platform advancement.

Spearhead the growth of business operations by discovering and capitalizing on emerging market opportunities while implementing strategic plans for seamless market entry.

Drive the expansion and success of assigned partner accounts by fostering activation, encouraging repeat transactions, enhancing retention, and achieving GMV and revenue targets.

Collaborate effectively across Operations, Sales, and other key teams to facilitate seamless onboarding processes, accelerate initial transactions, and implement commercial initiatives with precision and efficiency.

Ensure the integrity of pipelines, forecasts, and performance reports while providing strategic support to the CEO on key business initiatives as needed.

Prospective candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with a minimum of three years of practical experience in a comparable role. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, alongside strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. The position necessitates exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to facilitate collaboration with cross-functional teams. Candidates should demonstrate a track record of meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work in fast-paced environments. Familiarity with project management methodologies and a commitment to continuous learning are also required.

A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a closely related discipline is required.

Seeking candidates with a minimum of two years of professional experience in Business Development, Key Account Management, Sales, Partnerships, or a closely related commercial field.

Skilled in securing and overseeing substantial business accounts, from medium to large-scale enterprises, with a demonstrated history of success.

Skilled in negotiating effectively, managing relationships, and engaging stakeholders are essential for this role.

Strategically forged and cultivated high-impact partnerships to accelerate revenue expansion and market penetration.

Candidates with a background in e-commerce, wholesale distribution, supply chain management, procurement, or B2B marketplaces will be highly regarded.
