Seeking a highly motivated professional with a minimum of five years of relevant experience in the field, preferably holding a degree in a related discipline. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data are essential, along with excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Proficiency in industry-specific software and tools is required, and familiarity with compliance standards is a plus. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement.
A relevant qualification such as a Higher National Diploma (HND), Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree, or Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing, Business Administration, or a comparable discipline is required.
A minimum of three years of professional experience in sales, marketing, or business development is required.
Achieved or surpassed established revenue targets on a consistent basis, as evidenced by a strong performance history.
Experience in digital media or advertising is beneficial.
Professional certifications—whether obtained locally or internationally—are considered advantageous.
Skills Necessary: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides). Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with high attention to detail. Experience with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello) preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field required. Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
